Have you been involved in any process improvement initiatives in your previous roles?
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Sony Music Entertainment (New York, NY)
Interview
Unpredictable in how long one might wait for next call, next level. Human resources person was friendly. Very standard formal process. led a lot of questions on personal aspirations & on extracurricular interests. Practically became a social psychology session while interviewing. Analytical skills was discussed. I will recommend greatly to- don't slack off on mentioning your actual past commitments to your interests & involvement of yourself to & around the cycles of music .
Be well prepared for swirly, qwirky questions & try not to be too talkative unless asked a specific question.
