Sony Pictures Entertainment Manager interview questions

Two rounds of initial phone interviews with direct manager. Two follow-up Zoom interviews with direct manager. The offer took about 2 weeks to be extended. The role as described varied significantly from the role in practice.

A recruiter reached out to me on LinkedIn, who then scheduled a phone call to share a few roles that were available. Recruiter was very personable and candid. I shared what role I wanted to pursue and they connected me with a different recruiter. I did a phone interview with the second recruiter, then did 3 separate video interviews with members of my future team. Whole process starting from the phone interview took just over a month.
