I recently had a pretty good interview experience. The process was structured into two distinct rounds, which I thought was quite effective. The first round was conducted with a representative from HR, where we discussed my background, skills, and how they align with the company's values. It was an engaging conversation, and I appreciated the opportunity to ask questions about the company culture and the team dynamics. The second round was with the hiring manager, which I was looking forward to the most. During this interview, the hiring manager focused on specific niche domain knowledge relevant to the position. Overall, I left the interviews feeling positive about the interactions and hopeful for the next steps in the process.
