I was interviewed at Sophos online and the hiring manager called and scheduled interview with the VP of Engineering and I got a good feedback in the phone interview and called for onsite interview with 3 people 1hr each one with QA Manager and 2 interviews with architects. It was for JavaScript position and they are clue less on what to ask and there was no update from the HR even after couple of followups.

Initial reach out from Hungarian recruiter who was very nice. Then contacted by a British recruiter who described a totally different job. They said they were keen despite my clarifying that I didnt have experience for the new job description. Ghosted after that.
Very strange and quite unprofessional. Put me off working with them longer term.
After 2 rounds of technical interview I had solved almost 5 questions correctly on the spot we discussed about the system design as well but the HR reported that my profile was not selected because I didnt had the demonstrated experience in Spring Framework (I come from python background)
