Recruiter mentioned right during the first call that they need a reference from my former manager ...not sure if that is the right start. Have been interviewed by a team leader and another TAM....wasn't impressed at all so decided already during the interview that this is not the environment I want to work. In the end somebody joined and asked all kind of non related question so pretty poor performance when it comes to the actual interview.
