Sent linkedin application then did a couple of rounds, 1st with in-house recruiter then the hiring manager. Then i heard nothing despite chasing for a few weeks and eventually received a generic we will not be progressing with you email. Its the lack of feedback to candidates that bothers me. If employers actually told candidates why they are being filtered then perhaps we can learn and remediate any issues.
