Interview was of 120 mins, in which 1 hour technical round was good and I crack it. More 2 rounds with Management around 45 -50 mins. But I don't know why the selection was not positive. This very bad experience in my life, to be straight they need immediate joinee with 6-8 yrs experience. I don't know who can join in short notice. I am not sure about entire management in Shopos but I think Ahemdabad management are not mature to hire Technical guys. They need more time to make their own self well behave.
