Started with a non-video call from the recruiter, a pleasant chat. The next interview was with the manager for the Global Community team which was okay too. They asked about my day-to-day responsibilities in my current company. Usuals-- what's your strength, why Sophos, what accomplishments are you proud of. For the second interview, scheduled a week after, I was asked to give a presentation on a strategy proposal, which I totally prepared for, it's like a free consultancy session that I should be paid for. After I presented, that's the time I felt that they didn't really know what or who they were looking for and I wasn't sure I wanted to be in this company as well. I felt like the manager isn't so experienced with social media marketing and community management as I was asked questions that are obvious when you're in the industry. Props to the recruiter for sending me an email of my application status, that's the closure I needed.
