Interview was pretty straight forward. Company was looking for someone who can handle the team from the Ahmedabad location. Interview questions were around more technical and managerial front. Interview process was simple. Offer did not rolled out and I did not heard back for 2 weeks. Later, another consultancy asked me to appear for the interview and when I quoted the salary expectation, Consultancy came up with a reply that it is not going to be met and high from the company point of view. When the same was discussed with the interviewee before, the reply came back as compensation is not a problem !!!
