I was aggressively recruited by their recruiter. Had several phone screens with the recruiter and later the hiring manager. Later, had in person interviews with all of the above for a job I was eminently qualified for. The process of getting me in for an interview in were all fine. Had no objection with that. My major beef with their process was the complete lack of ANY communication post interview. A simple politely worded decline interview would have sufficed but I received NOTHING even after a few follow ups. Goes to show how this company treats their prospects. Wonder how they treat their employees.
