This was the most worst interview experience ever. First they lie on the job description about their salary range. If they are offering 50-65k they will say the maximum budget they have is is 55k. Also, if you have a great experience, the recruiter will belittle you by saying we have multiple applications who are ready to accept lower salary. So the recruiters are not looking for good skilled candidates but the ones who are ready to accept lower salary range. If you openly put some sort of requests they will shut you down and reject you based on it. Fyi, the recruiters are so inexperienced, they don't reply to your emails, also they explicitly lie to your face that they want to get you into the next round of interview. I am just shocked that company is so high and mighty about their inclusivity, considering requests or trying to get the someone who will do the job well and be a great fit. All they care about who will accept a lower salary and abide by that. I have worked in HR and I am sick to see that nowadays these recruiters have no compassion towards the candidates, lie to them and make them feel small as they have multiple applications. Lastly, as they have no reason to reject and cannot blatantly say because the person's asking salary is in the range they posted but not the range they want, so they send you a template of rejection email.
It shows what kind of HR department they have and how much they care about the employees and candidates. I know I have a great skill sets and experience with multiple references, and believe I could do the role. This is just my candidate experience and the company should work on their recruitment process or even with the recruiter language.
Classic example of corporate greed and how they overpower the candidates/ employees.
