Recruiter call immediately after I submitted resume and had recruiter interview two days later. Although the company is a remote first company, this role requires in person attendance in Vancouver for a team meeting once a week. Base salary is very low compared to current market standards. Interview was fine, and recruiter was up front about the weekly office meeting requirement and the salary.
