Applied through Indeed, and received an email from the company recruiter asking me to fill out the application on the company's website. Received an interview invitation from the AI lab director. This first interview was informational, and it went well. I was moved to the next round, which were two separate intervews, a coding/machine learning and nlp/machine learning . After the second round, I was told I did well and move to the third one, which was with one of the team members. This one was purely informational, no technical stuff involved. Did hear anything back after it. It makes me feel like they are wasting my time and their time. They should've let me go after the first informational discussion with the director.
