Totally easy process. very disorganized once part of the program. Only 2 rounds of interviews all softball questions. also interviews were very short, all about just like how you work and what you want to do at Sotheby's nothing difficult or technical

I interviewed with Sotheby's for a Floater position in NYC over a year ago. Scheduling the first interview was prompt after initial call. Interview was supposed to be two-part, however, due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, I only met with two people for approx 30 mins. Standard questions were asked and as this was an entry-level position, they asked more questions regarding my interests, knowledge and expectations.

Got an email from them telling me to come in for an interview the next day, very little information. Followed their directions and went there at the stated time, sat down for the interview, then left.
