The interviewer asked some basic questions about my work history and academic background. They had asked a lot of questions that felt irrelevant and repetitive from the application process. The whole interview took around 45 minutes. Considering the position as a floating assistant I found it hard to sell myself for a role that I didn't know what I would be doing so the whole thing felt vauge.

The interview process was very lovely. The interviewee was kind, and wanted to make sure that the program was right for me, rather than inquisitive and intimidating.We chatted for qutie some time over the phone.
