Interview
Was contacted via email to set up an interview the same week. I was given the option to interview in person or on Skype, and I went into the office. Everyone was very welcoming, and the interview was conducted in a small conference room.
The interviewer was friendly and interested in everything I discussed. We walked through my resume, and the interviewer asked questions about different situations and experiences I've had at past jobs.
Totally easy process. very disorganized once part of the program. Only 2 rounds of interviews all softball questions. also interviews were very short, all about just like how you work and what you want to do at Sotheby's nothing difficult or technical

Interview
I interviewed with Sotheby's for a Floater position in NYC over a year ago. Scheduling the first interview was prompt after initial call. Interview was supposed to be two-part, however, due to a last-minute scheduling conflict, I only met with two people for approx 30 mins. Got an email from them telling me to come in for an interview the next day, very little information. Followed their directions and went there at the stated time, sat down for the interview, then left.
