General interview for administrator position, HR manager who interviewed me was extremely nice and not as intimidating as I would have expected. I didn't get a position but am still in contact with the company and they are extremely considerate and helpful in trying to place me in a role for the future

HR is very disorganized and lacks essential communication. You will interview for one position, and if you get to the next level, you are all of a sudden being interviewed for a different one. They also take weeks to get back to you about scheduling your interview.
