I interviewed with a recruiter, she was lovely and I thought the interview went well, but 2 weeks have passed and I'm yet to hear back. I followed up and got no response. When companies ghost candidates, that is a huge red flag in regards to their culture - if they can't respect their interviewees I doubt they have much respect for their employees, so at this point even if they wanted to move forward, I would decline.
