I applied online for the 12-month training program in November. There was an extremely long online application involving answering many short essay questions about yourself and your experience. I heard back very quickly, within two days, to set up an interview. The interview was conducted over Skype with an HR person. The chat was supposed to start at 10 am, but the HR rep didn't call me for over 10 minutes, so I emailed her and the recruiting coordinator to ask about the interview and if they had my correct username. No responses. 15 minutes after that I was about to give up, and she finally called me. She was nice, but very rushed. I could tell she had run late on her last interview and was a bit annoyed at having to do mine right after. The interview went well, but it lasted less than 20 minutes, which didn't inspire hope for me to get an offer. They told me I would hear back in 1-2 weeks. Over a month and a half later they finally emailed me the rejection. Overall it was very unprofessional and one of my worst interviewing experiences.
