The interview process was long, because it took forever to get a response from the HR team. I landed an interview and it took a month to set it up, then 4 months to hear back, after I was told that I would. The interview was about 20 minutes and pretty standard HR screening. The interviewer asked me the same question twice and seemed a little out of it. She seemed overworked.
