After applying online, I was contacted within 24 hours for a phone interview. The phone interview was schedule for a couple days out and minutes before the interview was to take place, I received an email telling me that the interview was postponed to a time that was not agreed upon. During the conversation, the recruiter was hostile towards my employment history, asked multiple leading questions and aggressively challenged my answers until I gave the answer that he wanted to hear. The recruiter didn't know what industry standard certifications were or what they meant despite being in the job posting. The follow-through of the recruiter was lacking as he never contacted me at the stated times. Even if an offer was given, I would have declined due to the lack of professionalism of the recruiter.
