I was contacted by a recruiter. She set up a time and then missed this phone screen with no reopens for a week. I followed up to set another date. She replied me 3 days ago after she missed our 1st phone screen. Then we set another time. She missed again and called me one day later. They ask me to do a design exercise(includes specs) and no response any more. I was very frustrated about this interview.
