Everyone was very nice. First round was 4 tests based on linguistics, programming, English, and my data language. Next, was a one hour phone interview with a team from my data language where I spoke to him in that language and he assessed my proficiency. I was also asked behavioral and superficial linguistic questions. Last round was 3 hours with 6 employees. They asked me mostly phonetic transcription and some behavioral. It felt more like a formality and felt like I had already gotten the position.
