After clearing the online technical evaluation, had a brief conversation with the Technical recruiter about my interests. While the interests and the required role matched, the technical recruiter confirmed that he will schedule an interview as soon as next week but failed to do it. He emailed after a couple of weeks apologizing for the late reply and promising to schedule an interview. This happened a couple of times but he never managed to schedule an interview. Never managed to get a technical phone interview even after 3 months from the start of the initial call. I had also informed the recruiter that I had a tight deadline due to other offers. Basically the recruiter was unresponsive, unconcerned and downright uninterested with false communication.
