I first applied to SoundHound in May, and almost immediately heard from and interviewed with an internal recruiter. Just as immediately, I realized how exciting and genuine the employee culture was, and how it was something I really wanted to explore further. Next was an interview with the hiring manager, followed by an excel assessment, followed by a final panel interview with senior leadership (3 people plus the hiring manager again). All throughout, I got consistent energy and excitement from everyone and the work they’re doing at SoundHound and what SoundHound does in general. Everyone provided valuable information regarding the work they do within each of their areas and departments, and were very thorough in answering any questions I had. In all my experience, I feel like this has been the most genuine set of individuals I’ve interviewed with, and that’s something I appreciated greatly!
