The people are nice enough… to waste your time. They pick your brain, happy to get free advice and consulting. They didn’t show up dressed professionally. Again, they’re all super nice. But then the rejection email comes through too quick, too templated, totally robotic. Really disappointed. Had HIGH hopes given the nature of what the product does. But this type of interview process is dishonest, disingenuous, and truly disheartening. Also, the email communications between multiple recruiters some of whom weren’t even on the call? That seemed oddly suspicious. Was this meant to be a training exercise? People work hard to prepare themselves for the interviews and then not to get taken seriously? Only To have their minds USED for free advice? People don’t want to pay consultants, so this is what gets done instead? Really, really disappointed SoundHound.

Quick intro with RM and the a follow up call with the Director Cool product but the later interview was dull and they did seem extremely bias. I felt like the process was over before I even opened my mouth.
