SoundHound Release Manager interview questions

A very unique interview process. first round with hiring manager, second round with product manager, third round with the VP of products & the Co-Founder! Thinking about it seems like a lot, but each of these people that I meant - were genuine, humble, willing to listen and more importantly were ready to talk about the company, the way they work and their vision for you. This is RARE! At every stage there was great transparency & decisions were made quickly and notified asap. Hence all 3 round including the Full-Loop interview were done in under 2 weeks ( including my availability concerns). Scheduled over Google meet, each interview could last from a minimum of 30mins to 60 mins. The full-loop interview being the finale of sorts.. They make their decisions only on complete consensus - this actually means that when you do join the SoundHound office - basically the entire tech senior management has already spoken to you, understood what you bring to the table and vouched for you! what a way to enter the org and already have their trust. great work by the HR Estelle to really explain the process and provide a great insight to the org. early on.
