I had a positive and engaging interview experience with South College. The process began with a Zoom meeting with the Campus President and the Dean of Academic and Student Services. Both were welcoming and created a comfortable space to share ideas and experiences. I appreciated that the conversation focused on student-centered values and the institution’s commitment to supporting learners.
The second phase of the interview was in person, where I met with the Dean again and the Director of Student Services. This meeting further reinforced the strong sense of collaboration and student-focused culture at the college. I especially appreciated the Dean’s clear passion for their role and the emphasis on teamwork and holistic student support. Overall, the interview experience was thoughtful, professional, and aligned with the values they promote.
