Feedback from the recruiter suggested that I provide more behavioral responses to the questions in the third round of interviews. However, the majority of questions were along the lines of "Why do you like grants?" and "What questions do you have for me?" or vague questions about how I would write a narrative about a particular topic. Everyone was very nice throughout the interview process, though, and this a great organization.
