HR called me the day after applying and scheduled a phone interview. She asked me basic questions and behavioral questions. Had an interview with the branch managers the next day. That interview was about 30 minutes long. Got a call the next day offering me the job. Make sure you prepare for the interviews

Interview
Interview went very smoothly and I was offered the job the next day. I have no previous banking experience which didn't seem to be a problem.
