Invited for telephone interview. Great I thought. Arranged childcare, spent a lot of time researching the company and the job role, I was ready for the interview. I waited but the company could not be bothered to make the interview call, they did not let me know, no email, call or even a text, just left me waiting, no apologies after. Very unprofessional and no way to treat people. Avoid this department/company if you want to be treated respectfully.
