Applied on Indeed (I think), they contacted me to set a group interview on Zoom. May be 8 folks, the third or fourth time I have been invited to group meeting. Same dude giving meeting but much different than before, well dressed and did not go thru all the slides on presentation, meeting he mostly talked about his own situation. They asked for info to set up one on one chats again on Zoom for a few days later. Met a new guy (first time that actually set up for one on one), after 20 or so minutes was offered the job that sounded great, almost too great waiting for the other shoe to drop. It did, they expect me to accept job one the spot and be in a training class the next day 3 hours from home for a week, a hotel would be provided but not before the first class. So, with no real warning the expected me to speed off to a training class 3 hours away for 2 weeks.
All high tech during highering process texts, emails, and zoom meetings but expect you to drop everything in your life for a 2-week class with only 24-hour notice.
