I applied through a recruiter who set up a call immediately to speak with a member of their recruiting team. The next week, I had a zoom call with the hiring manager and was told the next step would be an in office interview..but I never heard back. This may be the fault of the recruiter I was working with but I would have really appreciated notification from SVP as to why they were going another direction.
