Interview
After interviewing with a panel at a university career fair, I was flown up to the office where I spent a day doing one-on-one interviews with major figures within the company. I was flown up with six other interviewees (most were also about to graduate) and we rotated around to different offices conducting interviews. Ranging from the project manager/design engineer level up to the Division Leader of the office, we interviewed for a half hour with each. Surprisingly, it went by quick. Afterwards, we all decompressed with employees and the other interviewees over a few beers!

Interview
Only had a screening interview. Said I would be moving forward and never got a second interview. The interview went fine though. Simple questions. Relaxed vibe. Not a stressful situation.
HR was very informative and asked alot of technical questions on the first round of interview. I asked alot of questions about the company to get a sense of what it’s like. I asked someone who I went to college with and they love their time there.
It was fairly straight forward. There were about four stages to the interview process and then an offer a few days later. It wasn't hard at all. They were friendly.
