Very smooth process. Great employers with a quick and straight forward interviewing style. Some questions included what I enjoy outside of the workforce (hobbies), and why I wanted to work at Brandt.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Southland Industries (New York, NY)
Interview
First interview was okay with HR about an hour long, the person stated would get a email the following week on a set day if was moving on or not. The day came and went no calls, no voicemail, and no email. So I emailed the next day hoping I would get a response maybe they forgot or still needed more time since it was down to only a couple of people for this job. The company totally ghosted me which is a big disappointment. I wouldn't apply here if HR doesn't keep their word to contact you for this just means they don't care about their employees.
