There are many interviews as you go through the phases of the hiring process. They were all very laid back and straight to the point. First interview was with the MAIN HR DEPT. Next i was sent to a plant to interview with another person in HR. After this interview i was called back for an interview with the department manager.

Very easy, was on the phone due to COVID. She basically asked me about my work ethic and my previous work experience. Nothing too hard or crazy. Also the lady giving the interview was very Informative.

There were multiple steps. You have to take a test to prove that you are not a complete idiot. Then you will receive a phone call and set up an interview. At which point you will do an in-person interview and then a working interview to show them what you are capable of.
