Applied via job board. Got a call around a month later to schedule some time to talk. First, spoke with the HR rep. Fairly straightforward. Discussed the role, my previous experience, and the company. Then we set a meeting with the hiring manager. Next interview was an onsite with hiring manager and HR rep. We discussed in detail my experiences, the role, and fit as well. Finally, there was another interview. This was with hiring manager, head of HR, and member of team. This interview was mostly fit and situational. The whole process was very professional. I did however find that the overall process takes a while. Very nice people.
