It takes people in the plant up to 6 months to get on unless you know someone. Corporate jobs are for college degrees only and you need to know someone

I applied through an agency, and had my preliminary interview here. A follow up interview was conducted at the employer, followed by a job offer. Overall, the HR representative was very approachable and competent. I asked a few questions about the position as well, and was given accurate, helpful answers.
