Interview
I had a phone interview with the recruiter first to discuss the position and determine further interest. An on-site interview followed where I met the members of the group and the hiring manager. I was given a tour of the facility and met with each group member individually. The whole process took about 2 weeks and I had a final answer a few days to a week after the on-site interview.
