It took over a month and a half to go through the process; First you take the aptitude test and a personality test, then after a week or so in my case they email you to set a phone interview date and time, after the phone interview the interviewer will tell you that you will be receiving an email shortly for the next step in the process. After another week they schedule a video conference interview with audio by phone to have you take the verification exam as they watch you so they know you are not cheating. Then they have you come in for a real interview.
