I was called for an interview. When I showed up to the interview I was brought into a conference room with 3 other women applying for the job. We were interviewed by the President of the company. She had money sitting on the table and made a joke it was for dinner later. She asked who in the group wanted to go first introducing themselves. The woman who volunteered to go first was handed the money and the President said she liked people who stepped up. We went on a tour of the building and were explained company policies and incentives.
I was then called in for another interview - this one was one on one. I had to take a personality, typing, math/calculator, and excel test. The woman said I did well on my test and the interview went well. She said she would be in touch.
I then received another call to come in for a third interview with another manager. I politely declined. It did not make sense to go through so many interviews meeting with lowering levels of management each time.
