So far I have made it through the two first phone screening interviews and I am currently preparing for my on site panel interview. The process has been very straight forward this far with a heavy focus on my past experience
After four rounds of interviews, two by phone, 1 with panel and an additional one by phone after an offer was not made, trying to get feedback from the recruiter is like a snowballs chance in hell. After 7 requests for feedback back to improve so one can get an unanimous yes from the panel it leads to many questions.
