The process was heavily focused on the technical side. There was no in-person interview, and the phone interviews felt like oral exams in fluid mechanics and numerical methods. There were a lot of questions that were difficult for me to answer, but the interviewer (who is now my boss) asked them more to gauge my level of knowledge than as a hard line.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
