A phone interview that was a really quick response. I applied online and talked to them at a career fair, a got a phone call a couple of weeks later from HR saying they wanted to interview me. It was a one phone call technical interview. After the interview, the feedback was almost immediate compared to other companies. I received my offer within a week.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
