Interview
Fairly simple, just do what you are instructed to do. They will definitely try to figure out how you operate, and what type of worker you are. They are also looking for a specific type of person for a specific type of job, so if you feel you are right for the job, market yourself in a way that demonstrates you ability to do well in the position you are applying for.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
