This was a temporary position (approx. length = 2 months), so the hiring process was supposedly quicker than usual. Recruiter reached out to schedule brief phone interview via email about 1 week after applying. Invited for an in-person interview about 1-2 weeks later.
In-person interview was broken into two parts:
(1) Three 15-minute 1:1 interviews with department VP, Director, & Project Specialist (described as a “speed dating” format)
(2) 15-minute “technical test” in Excel (very low difficulty).
(Note: In-person interview was scheduled with one other candidate)
Received offer via phone call 1 week later, then waited 2 weeks until my accepted offer was “official.”
Overall, the recruiter was super nice and helpful throughout the entire process—even offered tips for answering questions during in-person interview (i.e. STAR format, use numbers, review company milestones).
