Very engaging and straight forward, They don't really leave you in the dark and they get back to you within a reasonable time frame. It's a panel interview with 2-3 interviewers followed up with a second interview with the director overlooking all operations.

I had 3 rounds of interview with the team, their management and a small test. All was good and everyone was friendly. I believe overall the experience and my feeling was good. However, I didn't get any offer and I didn't get any answer why they declined to offer me a job. I felt like the timing was not right for hiring especially every tech company was cutting jobs.
