Interview
There were 8 rounds of interviews for me. Accepted offer to work on Starlink.
(1) - Why did you apply, and why do you want to be at SpaceX. Must answer effectively to set a good tone with recruiter - you will want to have them on your team.
(2) - Technical skills assessment. Very interesting and unique challenge.
(3) - Background and skills questions.
(4-6) - Superday remote with SpaceX. Began with a powerpoint of my technical challenge solution (2). A live coding assessment. Then a one-on-one video chat with a hiring manager. This final one didn't click, but I was told I was overall well-received.
(7) - Discussion with current manager on project team.
(8) - Another discussion about types of problems I like to solve.
coding assessment including DSP related topics, take home with test cases. full test had unknown test cases that were extensions of given tests. Also included phone technical interview, coding fundamentals and RF topics
Applied online has two round. First being an phone call with recruiter and the second being online with a team of engineer asked about my previous experience and then had a short coding leetcode style question
