Interview
Interviewed with SpaceX at the end of 2021. The whole process took over 2 months, went through 6 rounds of calls + had to submit summary of achievements.
Each call was about 30min and some got rescheduled last minute.
Overall it was a good experience, but the whole process could be much shorter.
Would recommend to bring up your compensation package expectations in the later rounds, to avoid unwanted surprises.

Question 1
Lot of behavioral questions. Definitely prepare details of your accomplishments and show enthusiasm. Everyone seemed friendly and laid back.

Interview
It was the 2nd interview and in person. Had to wait in the outdoor smoking area for 45 mins because of their communication error. For such a high expectation for excellent candidates who are devoted to 10-12 hrs, that was a red flag and quite displeasing. Of the 3 people involved in the process 2 where very professional, empathetic and hospitable.

Interview
This was probably the worst interview I've been on. When I arrived I received a tour of the facility which was really nice, when walking up to the interview room, My recruiter told me if I didn't get another same day interview, I wasn't getting the job. I was interviewed by two people, the man kept muting his mic and laughing with his coworkers, and the lady kept stuttering It seemed like she didn't know how to answer my questions. When I left my recruiter told me to email me if you don't hear from me .It was very unprofessional.
