Laid back but still focused, was hired after two interviews. However, I think my interview was atypical compared to friends'. Intern interviews, I believe, are less intense than full-time interviews, where a presentation is required and you have individual interviews with high-level management.

I applied online, and a recruiter reached out a few months later to set up my first interview with a Team Lead. It went well so I moved onto the second interview with the Team Manager. Both interviews were extremely technical and they grilled you on your projects.
